Return shipping is always covered by Unitary for damaged and/or defective pieces within 60 dayswhich helps to make a return pretty painless. 

In what circumstances can I return the lighting?

You could return your product if it is defective, or damaged in the post, or not as described.

What to do in case of returning/exchanging?

Send an email to support@unitarylighting.com stating your situation first. We will attend to your return/exchange issue in 24 hours. 

When Will you send me a new one if I claim exchange?

We will send you a new one after we receive the previous one.

To exchange or refund, you must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received. Package materials should also be returned. Damaged return or used item may incur additional charge.
